Happy Memorial Day Everyone!

"And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me."
~Lee Greenwood

Hoping to spend part of my day eating, relaxing, and visiting with friends on our newly furnished deck.
Thought I'd share the patriotic pretzels I did up (not sure they'll be any left to share with our friends today when my husband and daughter are through snitching them!)-- so simple and easy to make, and yet delicious too!
Dip your pretzel sticks in melted white almond bark and sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles!

Absolutely adorable and a great idea, too with the flag in the middle. I don't think I've ever been as thankful that I live in America as I am this year. Someone used the re-bless and that's what I have been praying -- that God will re-bless us again. "If my people, who are called by my name..."

I love the sweet and salty combination. One of my favorites it pretzels dipped in caramel and then chocolate! Great idea using white chocolate with blue and red sprinkles - so cute!
