Favorite Teddy Bear II

Here's another card using the Favorite Teddy Bear stamp set (Stampin' Up)
I'm a firm believer that it's the little details that take a card from ordinary to extra-ordinary.
Here are a few of those details that I added to this card.
I colored, glittered, and popped up the balloons with dimensionals.
I also added a mini pom pom (that I made with embroidery thread) to the top of this bears party hat.
Here you see a red glittered heart on the envelope.
On all my bears I stamped, colored, and then highlighted the stamping with a brown marker -- it really defines the lines on it.
More glitter, rhinestones, and faux stitching add the finishing touches to the Happy Birthday card.

Here's another card my (9 yr. old) daughter made using the same stamp set.

What sweet bear cards! I agree - the little details make a card! Love all the special touches on yours! and your daughters card is just wonderful - love the jointed arm and leg with the brads!

That is one of my favorite sets. I LOVE what you have done with it. I love the use of the floss for the string! I can't wait to try that! Your details and bright colors really make it stand out. Your daughter's card is great. I love it when they want to create with you!
