Teacup Card

I made this little teacup card for a tea-lovin' friend --- a little "thinking of you" on the anniversary of her mom's passing on.
The cup is actually a pocket of sorts and inside you'll find...
....a tea bag shaped evnelope (made of wax paper) with a tiny note tucked inside.
I paired it with a beautifully illustrated Emilie Barnes book and a bag of homemade French Toast Biscotti!

What a fantastic "thinking of you" gift! Emilie Barnes is one of my all-time favorite authors, but I've never seen this book. I'll have to see if I can find it at the library.

Such an adorable and sweet gift/card ensemble. That teacup and tea bag is just precious. I am sure it will bring her comfort on a hard/sad day.

Your gift combinations are so special. I just purchased this book at Ollies in PA. They had a new shipment of books and I went crazy there. Love the card.
