Using Rolodex Cards

I recently found a couple packs (100 each) of Rolodex refills at the thrift store for 29 cents a piece!
Of course I picked them up to use in card making (and shared a pack with my card-making niece!).
Here's my first two cards using my fun new accessory!
Supplies used:
  • Homemade crinkle ribbon
  • Crayola Markers
    • I inked the stamp with them
  • Glitter (over the stamped flower)
  • Brad (die cut flower center)
  • Stylized Flowers embossing folder (Provo Craft)
  • Stamps
    • Biblical Impressions
    • Script (Stampin' Up)
    •  Pattern Trio (Stampendous)
    • Floral Framelits (Sizzix)
  • Dies
    • Tattered Flowers (Tim Holtz)
    • Card, Scallop Circle Insert (Sizzix)

This made me smile, as I am a keeper of a roledex on my desk, in the office and at home (I love it,and I can't seem to go electronic "only". ). These are so lovely. Love the blue against the white, and all the textures. Have a fabulous weekend!

You find the neatest things when you are thrifting. It's always a treat to visit and see what you've come up with next. Really like these bright cards.
