More Recipes

Here are some more recipes I've tried (and enjoyed) lately!
(I do mine totally on the stove-top. Place chicken in a frying pan with butter, salt, pepper and cook till white on both side.  Sprinkle the minced garlic and brown sugar over top.  Put a lid on and fry [turning every 5 minutes or so] till the sauce "caramelizes" and chicken is done)

They look and sound yummy! I've been getting bored with our same-old, same-old lately, so I'll have to try some of these to liven things up.

Thanks for sharing Esther! I have a ton of kielbasa in my freezer as my friend is from Poland and brings it for barbecues. Love it so. I will try this, as I do use apples in mine. I brown up the keilbasa in large pieces and remove from pan, then saute an onion and diced up peeled granny smith apple in the drippings until soft, and then add the meat back in. Add a package of sauerkraut and simmer. Love it. Martha showed that on tv many years ago. I love the idea of the applesauce in this recipe. Thanks!
