Bible Journal Template

Here's a Bible Journal I made for my daughter.
Each page features a space to write where you're reading, notes, a special verse, and a prayer and praise section.
Each page is the same basic layout, but there are 20 different Bible verses (free from Word Art Wednesday) in the lower right corner.

Coffee Covered Grubby Candle

I just finished up an order for 10 of my
coffee covered tea light pillar candles.
I decided to give them an updated look with
burlap and twine and re-list them as a
"Made to Order" item.
 Custom orders are welcome -
I'll try to accommodate your preferences if at all possible.

Farmhouse Cards

After making the Farmhouse Seed Packets (yesterday's post),
I decided I wanted to make some cards to in the same design.
I ended up making two sets - one for me and one to sell
I used the same images (from Graphics Fairy) as before - printed them on coffee stained paper and matted them on black cardstock. I added a pretty paper doily and sentiment to the kraft card front.

Farmhouse Seed Packets

Here are some Rustic Farmhouse
seed packets I made for the Etsy shop.
There are three different sets (of 3) to choose from
Since I've been adding some farmhouse touches to my bedroom this year I used a set of these on the board above my desk.
I used handmade coffee-dyed paper, thick brown paper,
and some twine in making them.
If you'd like to make your own you can find the free images at

Clean and Simple

I've been the mood to make
simply stamped/clean and simple cards of late.
Here's one I did with a cute little lamb stamp I got at
Dollar Tree a long time ago.
I paired it with a Bible verse and
lightly colored around the image.
Here's a view of the inside:

Supplies and Tools: Lamb Stamp, Scripture Stamp (Biblical Impressions), Large Polk-a-dot embossing folder (The Paper Studio), Scholar Prismacolor Pencils, Embroidered Lace Border Punch (Martha Stewart)

Upcycle Cake Tin

I love making decor for my house from
"thrift store junk."
I recently made this pedestal from an old cake tin and
a wooden candle stand - painted/sanded and turned upsidedown!
This one adorns my coffee table as a candle holder,
but you could also use it beside your sink as a soap/lotion stand.
