I added a twig, some Iced Got Flowers, and a birdie to the front. Also added a strip of border to the roof with my Threading Water border punch.
I attached the roof on the left side with glue and on the right with a ribbon, so that you can open it and get the Reese Eggs out!
Here's the card I made to go along with it:
Supplies:
- Image from the Graphics Fairy
- Have I said yet that I love her site?!?
- Circle/Scallop Circle Nestabilities
- Purple/Pink Cardstock
- Purple Decorative Ribbon
- Purple Iced Got Flowers
- Pink/Purple Rhinestones
- Threading Water Boarder Punch (Fiskars)
- Top of a pencil
- Inked the eraser with purple ink and stamped it on the card to make those polka-dots!!

Saw you on Tip Me Tuesday by Tip Junkie. Your bird houses are really cute!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely! I'm sure she'll appreciate that you care enough to remember.
ReplyDeleteI especially like that you made the birdhouse functional. I've admired birdhouses made from paper before, but I wanted them to be useful, too. Thanks for the great idea!
I can't wait to make this! My mother is coming out in a couple weeks and I think that she would enjoy it, too.
ReplyDeleteHow totally sweet of you!
ReplyDeleteVery, very sweet Esther! Please come back soon!
ReplyDeleteMany Blessings,
Melissa
