Little Paper Dress

Here's a little dress card I made for my nieces birthday this Friday!
I got the top template from here --- the bottom is pleated paper and tissue paper.
Supplies:
  • Tissue Paper
  • Rhinestones
  • Glitter
  • Ribbon
  • 3D Flower Die (Sizzix)

    It's adorable! I thought for sure that skirt was made from fabric. What a great idea to use tissue paper!
