My camera cord decided to quit on me last week, and the replacement didn't arrive till Saturday afternoon.
I added quite a few new things to the shop Saturday evening including:
Two handmade crocheted bird's nests - made of fabric!
Inside each is a handmade muslin egg - one is painted - both are spritzed with speckles.
The pattern for the nest came from a back issue of Crafts and Things.
These are great for adding a touch of spring to your home or maybe they'd fit in with your cottage chic decor!
While I couldn't find a fabric nest tutorial on-line - here's one using yarn in case you'd like to make a nest of your own.

Very nice! Did you find it difficult to crochet with fabric instead of yarn?
