Here's a sewing themed set of "thank you" cards I've already used up thanking friends for the surprise service of appreciate (complete with gifts!) they gave us this past Sunday!

I found Vintage Dress Digi's on Etsy that matched my button cards:
A paper doily, some buttons, and a few stamped images from Sew Special stamp set (Cardmaking and Papercraft) complete the look.
The white background is embossed with my Scallops embossing folder from Sizzix.
