I started with a kraft A2 card base measuring 4.25" x 5.5" and I cut two kraft card stock strips to measure 2.25" x 5.5" and 1.75" x 5.5" Score the wider one at 1.75" and the narrower one at 1.25"
Cut 1/8 of an inch off the front of your card so that when you attach the flaps it will lay flat. Glue the widest flap to the front of the card and the narrowest to the inside of the card.
Decorate all the card front, inside, and all the flaps with designer paper. I used a plainer piece on the inside right and created a little pocket on the left.
Create some fun tags for your pocket and stamp sentiments.
All my images were stamped on mixed media paper and colored with Arteza Real Brush Pens.

Such a cool card design and I so love the belly band with the eagle taking center stage, great coloring and love the antique feel to it with the papers, I love that postage/postcard/letter paper! I like how you could use this for gift cards for a birthday too with the pocket inside!
