Father's Day Freebies

Here's a little card I made for my Sunday School kids to give to their Dad's on Father's Day.
The kids got to add googly eyes to the front and a personal message to their Daddy on the back.
I also made up a little candy bag for the kids to give as a gift
"Daddy's Stache."
You can find FREE printables for these at the bottom of this post.

BTW -- You'll want to check out my "new and improved" freebie page!
I revamped and organized it making it easier to navigate!
Enjoy!

Tea Themed Kitchen Set

I'm rather late in sharing this, but here is the tea themed kitchen set I made for my Mom for Mother's Day last month.
I made a reversible table runner....
... one ruffle tea towel, and two hot pads in the blue and white, tea themed design.
Mom liked her gift set and I had so much fun creating it for her!

Wedding Card

A friend of mine ask me to make her a wedding card last month.
I wanted the card to have an elegant, lacy look to it, so I layered my punched lace over the card front.
Here's the inside of the card with a piece of the paper lace on one side.

Supplies & Tools: Embroidery Deep Edge Punch (Martha Stewart), Tattered Florals Die (Tim Holtz), Square punch (banner), Kaleidoscope Embossing Powder, Congratulations Stamp, Love Stamp (Stampin' Up), Quilling Tool

Wedding Card - Free Journal Card

Here's the (rustic) wedding card I created for my sister-in-laws wedding.
Here colors were purple and yellow with burlap, sunflowers, twine etc. etc.

I'm giving away this free journal card today
This card is part of a digital set I've called Summer Sunshine.
You can purchase the set in my Etsy shop - click here.

Burlap Guest Book & Pen

Sharing the guest book I made for my sister-in-law's wedding (see previous post).
She ask for something "rustic" with burlap and lace. I used a Creative Memories album I had on hand, covered it in burlap and added a handmade lace flower.
I also created the pen  - wrapping it with twine and adding a die cut felt flower.
On each inside page there was a picture of the bride and groom (like the ones below) with plenty of space for each guest to write a message.

Wedding Decor

I'm finally back home again after a trip to the midwest for my husband's little sister's wedding!
Lots of fun helping out with decor - here's a few pictures
(above is the entry table to the church)
Here's the entry table to the reception hall
I had a lot of fun "scrounging" in my father-in-law's garage for items to use on this table like the old crate, milk can, and peeling window frame!
My sister-in-law and I decorated the bridal table.
The lights under the bride and groom's table added a really neat effect!
This isn't the clearest picture - but you can see how we used some old window frames to decorate the gift table.
The beautiful bride and her groom!
