Rag Dolls

I recently added two rag doll listings to my Etsy shop.

The first is a handmade rag doll featuring coffee stained muslin, painted features, and a gingham dress.

These are also made of
coffee-stained muslin with hand-painted faces.

Rustic Farmhouse Table Runner

Today I'm sharing a rustic farmhouse table runner I created from red ticking for my Etsy shop.

The runner measures 50 x 16 inches from end to end.

Perfect for adding to rustic farmhouse, french country, 

primitive, vintage, Americana, or even shabby chic decor.

Shabby Chic Nests!

Sharing two birds/nests I made for the Etsy shop.

I crocheted these nests from fabric and made the tiny birds with wings to match.

I think my favorite part is the lace tail -- it was kind of an after thought, but I love how it turned out!

Pretty pastels - all ready for spring!

Spring Lamb

Sharing a sweet little lamb - all decked out for spring!

She has a pretty pink polka dot bow  with a cute "Spring" tag attached.

Spring Bunnies

Starting to stock the shop with spring things!

Two soft white bunnies with blue or pink bows tied around their necks.

Each has a little tag tucked under their bow that reads, "Spring"

Ruffle Tote

I made a second ruffle tote for the Etsy shop

This time i used red and blue fabrics with a strip of white lace

This tote also features a removable crocheted flower accent.

 I've been in the mood to sew so I decided to make something "new and fun" for the Etsy shop:

Tea Themed Kitchen Set

 I'm rather late in sharing this, but here is the tea themed kitchen set I made for my Mom for Mother's Day last month.

I made a reversible table runner....

... one ruffle tea towel, and two hot pads in the blue and white, tea themed design.

Mom liked her gift set and I had so much fun creating it for her!

Mother's Day Gifts

Sharing the ruffle tea towels I made as gifts for all the ladies at church this Mother's Day.

I made several different color schemes/styles so there would be "something for everyone."

I got quite a bit of positive feedback - the ladies loved their handmade gifts!

Each lady also received a little bag of homemade chocolate chip cookies!

Kitchen Things

Burlap Pillows

I had so much fun making these burlap pillows with a bird's nest themed printed canvas on the front.

One is square: 14 x 14 

the other long:  14 x 7

Both are available in the Etsy shop.

More pillows

 Here are two more shabby chic pillows I made for the Etsy shop. 

First up a frilly white ruffle pillow that looks great paired with the floral doily pillow from last week!

 The second one is a heart shaped doily pillow made out of green ticking with....

...a soft green felt back.
