Caramel Corn

Here's a yummy recipe for caramel corn that
I got from my sister-in-law a couple years ago.
I've already made 5 batches this holiday season --
most of it I gave away as gifts - some is for
Christmas company -- and one batch we ate!
Caramel Corn
2 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white karo syrup
Boil these three ingredients together in a medium
saucepan for 5 minutes
Pour 2 bags of Snyder's Hulless Popcorn
into a greased roaster pan
When mixture stops boiling,
drizzle over popcorn and mix
Bake uncovered at 250 degrees,
stirring every 15 minutes.
Dump popcorn onto cookie sheets and
break up clumps
Store in airtight container
ENJOY
Beware: This stuff is addicting!

MMMM sounds good! I have not made any goodies this year, trying to keep the fattening stuff out of the house :( I got your messages with the link to share my cards but I have not had time to search through their store to see if I have any products they have, hoping to get some time over the next few days that I can sit and check it out, thanks.
Wishing you a merry Christmas!!
