Mother's Day Hats

My 7 year old wanted to make two more Mother's Day cards to give.....one for an adopted Nana and one for her special SS teacher.   She came up with the idea of the hats and picked everything she wanted on them. I helped her with it (obviously she didn't do the big flowers!).
Here are the supplies we used:
  • MS Branch punch
  • Scallop Circle punch (for flowers)
  • Misc. ribbon
We had a lot of fun working together on these projects.

Those are gorgeous hats, and that's a great use for those poofy flowers!!

Was this a template or did you make them yourself? Awesome!

I used a template for them....it came from the Paper Creations magazine -- Spring 2009. I've used a clip art picture for a template before too --- just blow it up to the size you want...cut it out and trace.
