Vegetable Pizza and Crust Recipe

I've always used crescent rolls to make my vegetable pizza crust, but this time I decided to try making my own crust to save a few $$.  It turned out pretty good,  so I'm sharing it with you. The one thing I really liked about it is that it didn't get soggy like crescent rolls do -- not even by the next day!
Vegetable Pizza Crust
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
Combine dry ingredients.
Add milk and oil.
Mix well.
Shape into ball and knead 10 times.
Press onto greased cookie sheet.
Pierce with a fork and bake 12 minutes at 425 degrees.
Sauce:
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
16 oz. sour creame
Mix together and spread on cooled crust.
Toppings:
Top with your choice of chopped veggies.
I use:
broccoli
cauliflower
carrots
green pepper
tomoto
sometimes a bit of green onion
Top all of this with cheddar cheese.
Cut into squares and serve.
