Fabric Flowers

Here are two fabric flowers I made recently to be used as wardrobe accessories.  They were super simple to make -- just gathered my fabric strip and then twisted it around (like in this tutorial). I didn't sew mine though -- I just rolled it and hot glued it to a piece of fabric.  It's a good way to use up some of those fabric scraps you have leftover after a bigger project - and add a bit of "pizazz" to your wardrobe!

I love making fabric flowers, they're so awesome! I was just recently thinking to make some for a little extra oomph on some of my cardigans and now I think I'll definitely go for it. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous creations!

I love them! The pink gingham is my favorite. I also love the size of them, since I got to see and hold them in person. They're about the size of my hand - nice and big, to really make an impact.

I'm going to make some of these very soon. Thanks for the idea! :)
