Homemade Fudge

Here's how I used a few of them......I filled them up with homemade fudge!
 Chocolate Fudge
1/2 cup butter
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
15 oz. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups chocolate chips
Butter a 9 x 13 pan and set aside
In a medium sized pan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and marshmallow creme.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Continue to stir and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and chocolate chips.
Stir till chocolate melts.
Pour into buttered pan.
Cool till set.
(I refrigerated mine after 30 minutes to set it up quicker)
 Cut into squares.
Enjoy!

Lovely gifts they are! I just rec'd a gift of fudge from a co-worker's wife. I never made it, and now I will since you shared the recipe. Is marshmallow creme the same as "fluff" in a jar? I can't think of anything else it would be? Thanks Esther! Have a blessed Christmas!
