One last item for the graduation table - also used to re-do part of my living room.
A framed hanger.
To make this I shopped the thrift store (again) and found a frame that I liked.
I tore the (ugly) art out of it, brushed on some cream paint, and added some twine.
For the clothes pins I stamped "fly" and "soar" on some and covered the rest with dictionary pages and tiny birds.
Another dictionary page pennant banner completes the look and ties it all together.
Here's a view of sister #1's graduation table:

I've been playing catch up. I've been away from blogging and busy, busy. I love all your projects for the graduation table. (I got to do one for UBC last year--but it was a boy. Not as much fun!)
The frame with the pictures, the dictionary nest and window get 5 stars for me!
I am not familiar with graduation tables, but I love how you did this for her! The decorated clothes pins look so cool with that frame etc. Hope the graduation was a fun one!
This framed hanger is so neat! I just love your clothes pins!
