Breakfast Biscuits

Here's a little breakfast "pastry" I came up with yesterday, and since it was a hit with everyone here I thought I'd share the recipe.

BREAKFAST BISCUITS
1 tube jumbo biscuits
melted butter
cinnamon sugar
 cream cheese
pie filling
Dip each biscuit in the melted butter and then coat in cinnamon sugar
Place on a greased cookie sheet
Make an indention in the center of each biscuit with a spoon
Place 1 T. cream cheese (with a little cinnamon sugar mixed in) in the center of each
Top with pie filling (your choice)
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 15 min.
You could also drizzle glaze on top to make them extra pretty.
