Chalkboard Thanks

I've been experimenting with chalk and chalkboard cards of late. This one was inspired by the challenge over at Paper Sweeties this month.

To create the chalkboard look on this card: 1. Embossed a piece of black cardstock with your choice of embossing folder 2. Lightly rub a piece of white chalk over the embossed part 3. Smudge the chalk by rubbing your finger across the top 4. Repeat till you achieve the desire look
I love the way the bright pink roses stand out against the black background -- even dark colors can be used for spring cards!!

Supplies and Tools:
Thank You embossing Folder (Sizzix), Chalk, Tiny Tattered Florals Dies (Tim Holtz), Pearls, Snowflake Punch, Black/White/Pink/Green Cardstock
