Today I'm sharing a front door card I created using the Stampin' Up set "At Home With You."
I used my Prismacolor pencils to color the stamped images and added a few highlights with watercolor markers. I fussy cut each element and popped several up with mounting tape.
To create the board of my house, I scored a piece of kraft cardstock every 1/2 inch and lightly rubbed Gathered Twigs and Walnut Stain Distress ink over it.
Originally I colored the flowers on my wreaths and in the basket with pencils, but then I decided I wanted to do something different so I used the Summer blend of flower soft to create a more realistic look.
I also added a cute little birds nest made of Spanish moss with some tiny pearl eggs inside. The sweet little birdie comes from Mitrushova Art.
Supplies and Tool:
Digital: Watercolor bird from Mitrushova Art
Ink: Prismacolor Pencils, Watercolor Markers, Gathered Twigs/Walnut Stain Distress Ink (Ranger)
Misc. Mounting Tape, Summer Flower Soft, Spanish Moss, Pearls, Scoring Board (Martha Stewart)
Stamps: At Home With You (Stampin' Up)

This is just fantastic!! Love how you did the wood planks and such a lovely and welcoming door with the sweet wreaths. The bird and nest are such a sweet touch and love the sentiment sign!
The technique you used for creating the board on your house is so creative - it created a very realistic effect which goes so well with the beautifully coloured elements on the rest of your card. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely ard with us at Time Out! Jill
