Butterfly Wishes

It's time for our Wednesday challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. Since it's the fourth Wednesday of the month, it's one of our readers favorites --- ANYTHING GOES!

To create this card I:
  • created a background using Tangerine colorburst (Ken Oliver) on water color paper
  • stamped the 10201-W, Flower Power Background in Versamark Watermark ink, added copper embossing powder, and heat set
  • Cut a small white doily with the Vintage Doilies dies from Maya Road
  • Stamped the 9001-L, Butterfly (lg) in Versamark Ink and added Copper embossing powder before heat setting
  • Painted my butterfly with Tangerine Color Burst (Ken Oliver) and added a strip of pearls down the center

  • For my blog readers: Enjoy the 10% discount code to the Repeat Impressions Store posted on the sidebar
  • There's a new challenge every week over at  The House That Stamps Built
    • you don't have to use Repeat Impressions stamps to link or win
  • One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate on the first Wednesday of every month

Oh how pretty - love the colors - and the embossing is perfect to highlight everything. The pearls add the finishing touch. PS - thank you for the BD card - so pretty.
