Simply Stripes Take #2

Time for another link party over on the Cropstop blog. Last month I shared an easy way to create a striped background, and this month I'm back for Take #2.

For step by step instructions on creating these two cards: Visit today's post on the Cropstop blog.

The optional twist for our link party this month is to create a project that includes a striped background...your name will be entered twice in the random drawing for every striped project linked up!

Supplies and Tools:
Card #1
Ink: Abandoned Coral/Picked Raspberry/Mowed Lawn, Pine Needles Distress Ink (Ranger), Versamark Watermark ink, Black Embossing Powder
Misc. Watercolor Paper, Paint Brush
Stamps: Blossom & Bird Crazy Stamp and Stencil sets (Tim Holtz)
Card #2
Ink: Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink (Ranger)
Misc. Watercolor Paper, Paint Brush, Clear Glitter
Stamps: Watercolor & Bird Crazy Stamp and Stencil Sets (Tim Holtz)

Beautiful card!! I’m a sucker for wide stripes like that. Can’t go wrong! The flowers are gorgeous too. Thanks so much for playing along with us at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. xx Misty
