Spring Chick

It's the first Wednesday of the month and that means it's a Designer's Choice challenge over on The House that Stamps Built. This week it was Joy's turn to pick a theme and she wants to see your Easter or Spring creations! I decided to got with a bright yellow spring card and incorporate the chalkboard look!

Here's a little tip for splitting up your sentiments: Cover the part you DON'T want to stamp with a piece of scotch tape, ink up your stamp, remove tape, and stamp! This ensures that you won't accidentally include the second half.

Supplies and Tools:

  • For my blog readers: Enjoy the 10% discount code to the Repeat Impressions Store posted on the sidebar
  • There's a new challenge every week over at  The House That Stamps Built
    • you don't have to use Repeat Impressions stamps to link or win
  • One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate on the first Wednesday of every month
Check out what the other design team members created:

This little chick is on my next order for sure. It is a true sign of spring with the chicks hatching and birds looking for nesting material. Love the chalkboard look. Thanks for the tip on splitting the sentiment.
