Today I have two cards to share with you -
They both use the same Sweet n Sassy stamp sets, but I did them in different colors.
Which color combo do you like better?

Which color combo do you like better?
This first one is done in traditional fall colors.
I created my background by painting distress oxides on a piece of watercolor and then stamping the leaves over top. I then stamped one of the texture tiles over that.
Supplies and Tools:
- Autumn Splendor (Sweet n Sassy Stamps)
- Texture Tiles 4 (Sweet n Sassy Stamps)
- Hymn Word Art (Sweet n Sassy Stamps)
- Canson Watercolor Paper
- Dotted Ovals Dies (Sizzix)
- Versmark Watermark Ink
- White Embossing Powder
- Black Embossing Powder
- Burlap String
- Brown Jewels (Kat Scrappiness)
- Black Jewels (Kat Scrappiness)
- Hickory Smoke Distress Ink (Ranger)
- These colors of Distress Oxide (Ranger)
- Candied Apple, Fossilized Amber, Peeled Paint, Walnut Stain
- Worn Lipstick, Broken China, Cracked Pistachio
I tried something different for the second card --
I used non-traditional colors to create my leaf border.
I also stamped the leaves in colored ink and then re-stamped
them (slightly off center) in black to create a subtle shadow.

I adore leaves! The colors are so different, but I love them both!
What a lovely sentiment and gorgeous cards. I love the soft non traditional leaves so much. I wonder why haven't I ever tried such! But the chalk effect on the first one makes it stand out. So glad to see you join us at Time out challenges. Thank you. Hugs~ Ishani.
Your leaf design looks pretty in both colourways, many thanks for sharing and joining in with our 'Trees/Leaves/Autumn' theme at Stamping Sensations challenge.

Love how you made these look so different with your great color combos, I like how you did the sentiment on the one in different colors too. Like the addition of the acorns with it too!
Using of colours is so beautiful! Beautiful two cards.
