I'm back with another card featuring Wendy Vecchi's BRAND NEW Warm Wishes stamp/stencil/die set! This time I used her stencils and dies to create a pretty wreath and added those beautiful lanterns to it's center. The background is blue card stock with some salty ocean distress oxide smooshed over top and a layer of white acrylic paint splatters over that. I'm loving the blue and red together for Christmas cards!!
