Bushel of Blessings

From the rusty orange background to the wheelbarrow full of pumpkins, today's card is all about autumn! This card went through so many revisions and alterations, that I lost count of the number! Sometimes things come together quickly for me, and other times..... not so much so!

I used my stamping platform to create that two toned background -- stamping first in rusty hinge and then dabbing on some vintage photo and re-stamping.  I inked around the edges with vintage photo when I finished and added some splatters in that color as well.

LOVE this, Esther. That background stamp is really useful and I'm excited to use mine. LOVE what you've done here. I use the word "schmutz" for that smeared splatter of brown. Don't know how you did that either, but it's super cool. You always inspire me. Thanks so much for sharing with us over at The Four Seasons Challenge Blog. We hope you'll play along often. I love seeing your creativity.
Blessings,

I so understand how some just seem to fall together and not so much on others. Your end project is fantastic, like how you stamped the background and the gave it a look of distress with the splattering. Gorgeous coloring of everything and I like the touch of the doily behind, great addition!
