Today I have some tags to share with you that I created to put on food gifts. I decided to revisit the crinkle ribbon technique since I didn't have ribbon in my stash that coordinated perfectly with the colors in my tags.
Crinkle Ribbon Directions:
1. Cut a strip of white seam binding twice as long as you want it since it will shrink when crinkled
2. Ink up your ribbon with your choice of distress ink
3. Spritz generously with water to spread the ink throughout the ribbon (You can add more ink to your mat and soak it up with the wet ribbon to create a darker shade)
4. Ball up your ribbon and dry with a heat gun
