Winter Night

I'm up on the Stamp Simply blog today sharing this mixed media Christmas card. I started by ink smooshing distress ink onto a piece of watercolor paper. I distressed and inked the edges (tearing it in a few places) to add to the aged feel. I started out with a much plainer background, but then kept adding trees till had a whole forest full. (lol)

Supplies and Tools from Stamp Simply:

 Other Supplies:

  • White Acrylic Paint Splatters
  • Prize Ribbon and Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink (Ranger)

Such a lovely card in the beautiful blues! The deer are looking quite adventurous in their snowy forest! So happy you shared with us at Cut It Up! ~Katrina
