One Cup at a Time

The Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop is in full swing and Stamp Simply is one of the sponsors again this year. Be sure to check out their post for a chance to win a great prize!

For my card today I ink smooshed vintage photo distress ink onto a piece of watercolor paper and embossed it with the doily 3D embossing folder before adding some pink and turquoise splatters. The cups were cut from watercolor cardstock and colored with Arteza Real Brush pens. I inked some of the edges with vintage photo distress ink and added white acrylic paint splatters.  The bunny and carrot were also cut from watercolor card stock and colored with Arteza Real Brush pens.

  Supplies from Stamp Simply:

Other Supplies:

  • Arteza Real Brush Pens
  • These colors of Distress Ink (Ranger):
    • Vintage Photo, Picked Rasberry, Peacock Feathers

I love this Bunny, it's no mistaking his a Tim Holtz design - so quirky and cute. Esther, your card is so lovely, I adore the embossed background and the layout. Thanks for linking up at The Paper Funday Challenge and we hope you'll share another lovely project soon.

The bunny is so cute with his carrot but I just love the way you did your background. I tried out different sandwiches the other day trying to get a good impression with my sizzix 3d folders using my Gemini Jr. machine, I can't seem to find just the right one that works great every time.
