I'm up on the Stamp Simply blog with this woodsy Christmas card. To create this card I tore and layered strips of vellum to create a snowy forest floor effect. Next, I splattered diluted white acrylic paint over the entire card and set aside to dry. The trees use just the die cut from O Christmas Tree and were colored by scribbling different shades of green Arteza Brush Pens and blending with water. I also splattered them with white paint, dabbing it on thicker in some places. Some tiny punched stars and a sentiment complete this card.

This is just perfect, Esther! I love the simply, but stately design. The spatters and vellum are the perfect touch.

Beautiful card. I've never thought of using vellum for the snowy floor, but I hope to do so in the future because it really sets the stage. Let's not forget those trees - I love the way you water colored them. Obviously I love the card. So glad you joined us at Die Cut Divas challenge this month.
Gorgeous! I love the touch of the torn vellum for the snow and the trees are amazing! Thanks for joining the hand stamped sentiments challenge!
