Today's mixed media card features the NEW Sweet Birds stamp set from Creative Worship Stamps. The background was created by ink smooshing two shades of green distress ink onto watercolor paper and stamping over it using texture tiles 1 and Stamp of the Month for December, Vintage Elements. The window is cut from cardboard and dry brushed with white acrylic paint with a cheesecloth curtain added for extra texture. The bird was stamped on mixed media paper and colored with Arteza Real Brush Pens. Three mini daisies and a simple sentiment complete this card. Click here to shop the entire December Release.

Happy New Year!!
Gorgeous, I love the way you colored the bird, so sweet on that branch with the flowers. Love the look of the window frame with the brush of paint, gives the look of an old window. Your background is just beautiful in shades of green!
