Paris Bathroom -- Wall Art

If you missed last Friday's post - you don't know that I'm redecorating my bathroom in a Paris/Shabby Chic theme.  Sharing my do-it-yourself projects on here for all to see (and maybe be inspired by). I mentioned that I shopped LOTS of thrift stores -- the above frame was one of my finds...it started out like this:
You can see that I paid $1.98 for it -- and since it was the perfect color I only needed to add a vintage image from the Graphics Fairy and a piece of ribbon from my stash to complete the look I wanted. Simple, Easy, and Cheap - I'm more than pleased with the outcome!
I found that little rose plate at a thrift store for $1 -- it went perfectly and I love it!

I'm loving your bathroom ideas. I have a vintage ad bathroom. I think I may have to steal some of your ideas for my ads!

Cool idea to hang with fabric. Gotta love thrift stores. The dish is perfect. You should write a book about decorating from the thrift store. So many people think they have to spend a fortune on a room.

Very nice! I used to follow Graphics Fairy, and then my hard drive got overloaded with images. :) She has great stuff!

The rose plate and the picture are fantastic together! I like your addition of ribbon as well. The Graphics Fairy is a real treasure.

Hi there! Bernie sent me over here to look at your bathroom redecoration since I've been a little obsessed with French everything lately. It all looks beautiful! And I love how you've done a whole bunch of thrift store shopping. I did that the other day for some new decor items and found beautiful little china plates for soap holders and whatnot. I also love your blog layout, it's gorgeous! I'm your newest follower :). You are very welcome to visit my own blog if you would like at http://simplybeautifulveg.blogspot.com
