April Bulletin Board Decoration

Here's my church bulletin board decoration for this month.  I didn't realize it till after I'd made it, but it matches the flower arrangement in the front of the sanctuary perfectly!
Here's a closer view of those bottom flowers
The method I used for making these is the same as I did in this post, except that I cut 2 of the smallest flowers, 2 medium, and 2 large instead of doing them all the same size.  I spritzed them with my pink homemade glimmer mist (see this post).
I cut the cross from some cardboard I had and made three pretty flowers using my Build A Lilac die (Sizzix) and this tutorial.

The rest of the supplies:
  • Hymn from an old hymn book
  • MS Branch punch
  • MS Leaf punch
  • Crayola markers
    • traced around the edge of the hymn with
  • Coffee House Alphabet Set (Inkadinkadoo)

Wow. I'm always so excited to see what you come up with next.
How did you get the edges of the hymn to look like that? I love it.
