I had guests for dinner last Sunday and wanted to do something different for fruit salad. Here's the combo I came up with....
Fresh Fruit Salad
1 lb. strawberries
3 kiwi
1 mango
1/2 fresh pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
Peel the kiwi, mango, and pineapple. Dice all fruit and add sugar.
Refrigerate at least one hour.
Serve and Enjoy!
You could also serve this like fruit salsa with cinnamon chips or cinnamon graham crackers.

Looks yummy...I will use it this summer when I am looking for something light for dessert...It sure gets hot here, and this looks refreshing.
Oh yum. Fruit is my favorite food group. I'm always excited when the fress fruits start growing in the spring.
