Grilled Kielbasa

A friend of mine did these in her grill basket for Memorial Day this year.  I LOVED them, and since I don't have a grill basket (yet!), I used skewers and made them into kebabs.
Grilled Kielbasa Kebabs
1 package kielbasa (cut in bite sized portions)
1 can pineapple chunks
1 green pepper (cut in chunks)
1/2 onion (cut in chunks)
Catalina Dressing
(I used Zesty Catalina the first time and Tangy Bacon Catalina the second time -- both were delicious!)

Thread the above onto skewers (OR throw all the ingredients in a grill basket), cover with dressing, grill till warmed through and peppers/onions are tender.
Serve over rice and ENJOY!

That looks AMAZING, Esther! We used to eat things of this nature when I was younger and living at home...time for my DH and I to get the grill out! ;) Just a friendly reminder that you have been Showcased at Technique Tuesday and that you've won a time sensitive prize! :) Talk to you soon!!!
