Word Art Wednesday

I'd appreciate your prayers today as I'm having surgery on a bad disc in my neck that has been causing me a lot of pain for over 3 years now.
I'll probably be "missing in action" for the rest of this month as I recover, but I've already completed and scheduled my Word Art Wednesday projects for the last two weeks.
And now onto:
Week three of my guest designing for Word Art Wednesday.
Today it's a quote from Mother Teresa.
I put mine in an envelope pocket on the front of my card.
Supplies used:
  • Free word art (below)
  • Stamps
    • Flora Grande 2 Stamp set (Heartfelt Creations)
    • Distressing Stamp Set (Glitz Design)
  • Pink and White Embossing Powder
  • Swirls Embossing Folder (Provo Craft)
  • Scribbles Swirls Die (Sizzix)
  • Button
  • Homemade Baker's Twine
  • Sharpie Markers (Faux Stitching)
  • Recollections Floral Embellishments
  • Studio G Glitter

Here's the FREEBIE I created (for my card) using the quote from Word Art Wednesday

Father, I lift up my online friend today. May she truly rest in your presence as she is on the operating table. May you guide the surgeon's hands and let your healing begin. I ask this in the precious name of your son, Jesus Christ. Amen.

What a beautiful prayer by Teresa (see above). I add my prayer too, even though you will have had the surgery by now (it's the 17th August). I hope your pain is minimal and that your healing is complete. Praise the LORD!
I love your card too.
I am having major surgery too on the 28th August. 2 new discs, bone graft and titanium screws on sacral and lumbar levels. I had another surgery 15 months ago on another lumbar area and it's a slow process.
