Quilled Snowflake

I recently saw a tutorial for comb quilling and decided to give it a try!
Instead of making flowers with my quilled pieces,
I turned mine into a wintry snowflake!
(I didn't buy the special quilling comb,
but rather a $1 hair comb that works just as well!)
To make the background I embossed my
white cardstock with the knitted folder
and lightly brushed a pastel blue paint over it!

Supplies and Tools: Comb, Quilling Tool,
Knitted Embossing Folder (Richard Garay), Blue Paint, Square Punch,
 Sharpie Marker, Kraft/White/Blue Cardstock

The knitted folder is soooo pretty with the bit of inking on it. Your quilled snowflake is fun! That is something I have never ever tried. Yours looks great! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
