How've You Bean?

Coffee and Daisies - Kind of an unlikely combination,
but I made them work together in this card!
The plaid background is made with watercolor paper,
distress inks, and a mini mister.

I layered several daisies on top of one another and added a
quilled yellow center to the large one
and two tiny pearls to the smaller ones.
You can also see the white pigment ink I brushed over the
embossing to make it stand out a little more.
I decorated the inside of the card
with a Kraft panel and strip of daisy lace.
Supplies and Tools:
Kraft/White/Yellow/Green Cardstock, Watercolor Paper, Mowed Lawn/Pine Needles/Ground Expresso Distress Ink,
Mini Mister, Crazy Daisy Embossing Folder (Couture Creations), White Pigment Ink,
Plaid Background Stamp (Impression Obsession), Large Daisy Punch, Small Daisy Punch,
Quilling Tool, Daisy Ribbon, Polka-dot ribbon, Staple, Latte Love Stamp Set (Fiskars)
Mini Pearls, Labels 4 Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Sharpie Marker

Thanks for dropping in on my blog.

I absolutely love your cards. As I have now received a couple of handcrafted cards and I see yours and others online, I am very interested in making some (when I have a moment to think and figure it out lol). They're beautiful!! Enjoy your weekend, Kelly.
