Today's card features one of Power Poppy's digital stamp sets - Poinsettia and Pomegranates
. I wanted to create a Christmas card in non-traditional colors other than the blues/pinks/teals that are becoming so popular these days. (I like them, just wanted to do something different.)
Instead of coloring my poinsettia arrangement, I chose to print it off in brown and use it as a background for my Christmas card. I also alerted a sentiment from the same set, giving it a brown chalkboard look to match my main image.
Supplies and Tools:
Poinsettia and Pomegranates (Power Poppy), Sequins, Vintage Lace, Baker's Twine, Washi Tape, Fired Brick Distress Oxide, Corner Punch (Close to my heart), Joy Sentiment (Martha Stewart)

Another really lovely creation, many thanks for sharing another one your pretty cards with us at Allsorts challenge this week.
Aren't you so smart! I am not the best at coloring and this really is more my style. Love love the kraft/white/red combo and the placement of the image is perfect. Another amazing design. Hugs, Autumn
Really fun design and use of lace Esther.
so very pretty, love how it fills the whole card, pretty gems and lace to accent it!

Oh wow, Esther--one of my favorites! I love the brown & white image left uncolored! In fact, I was just looking at some other cards without coloring & now I really want to make one like this!
This big image looks amazing as your background! What a great idea to print it in brown. Gorgeous card! Thanks so much for joining us at Fusion.
