I was thrilled with Karen ask me to guest design for the month of April over at Word Art Wednesday. I've been linking up to this fun "Anything Goes" challenge for a long time, and I use their free word art files quite often in my card-making.

To create my card I:
- printed the word art on white card stock and cut it out with a stitched oval die
- embossed a piece of white card stock with the Victoria embossing folder from Cuttlebug
- lightly brayed over the embossing with a mixture of Worn Lipstick/Wild Honey Distress Oxide
- punched a double sided border with the Embroidery Deep Edge Punch from Martha Stewart
- die cut a butterfly from card stock (colored with Worn Lipstick/Wild Honey Distress Oxide) using the Butterfly Trio dies put out by Anna Griffin (Cricut-Cuttlebug)
- create a bow with homemade crinkle ribbon (dyed with Worn Lipstick/Wild Honey Distress Oxide)
- added some stamens to one of my Tattered Floral Flowers (Tim Holtz die) and glued it to the inside of my bow
- punched a butterfly border (Monarch Butterflies Double Edge Punch - Martha Stewart) for the inside with more Worn Lipstick/Wild Honey Distress Oxide dyed card stock
