How Are You?

It's time for a Tic Tac Toe Challenge over on The House That Stamps Built.  You know the drill...Choose three items (across, down, or diagonally) to include on your creation, then come by the blog and link it up! I chose the top row - Black & One Color (brown), Silhouettes, Brads.

Here's how I created this card:
  • Stamped 5016-N, Genealogy (Repeat Impressions) in Tuxedo Black Ink (Memento) on cream paper and inked the edges with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide (Ranger)
  • Embossed a piece of dark brown card stock with the Lumber 3D embossing folder (Sizzix/Tim Hotlz) and inked over it with Ground Espresso Distress Ink (Ranger)
  • Cut a circle with a stitched circle die and inked the center with Gathered Twigs Ink
    • spritzed with water and heat set
  • Stamped 5127-K, Maple Leaf Sil. (Repeat Impression) in Tuxedo Black Ink (Memento)
  • Stamped the sentiment from Plate 9900 (Repeat Impressions) in black ink
  • Cut the end with a small square punch to form a banner and matted it on black card stock
  • Added a leaf brad and two black brads to my panels
  • Layered my pieces on black grid design paper and then on a white card front

  •  For my blog readers: Enjoy the 10% discount code to the Repeat Impressions Store posted on the sidebar
  • There's a new challenge every week over at  The House That Stamps Built
    • you don't have to use Repeat Impressions stamps to link or win
  • One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate on the first Wednesday of every month
