Cross Stitched Christmas

Today I have an extra special card to share with you -- it's a cross stitched Christmas card.  Obviously these kinds of cards take a bit of time to create, but what better way to spend the hours of travel (over Thanksgiving) than cross-stitching? To read about how I create these card fronts from free cross stitching patterns visit THIS POST.

Supplies and Tools:
  • 3D Lumber Embossing Folder (Sizzix - Tim Holtz)
  • These colors of Distress Ink (Ranger)
    • Ground Espresso
    • Walnut Stain
    • Fired Brick
    • Pine Needles
  •  Walnut Stain Distress Oxide (Ranger)
  • Love This Die (Echo Park)
  • Distress Embossing Ink (Ranger)
  • Gold Embossing Powder (Cosmic Shimmer)

I have not done any cross stitching in a long time but it sure is good to have something like that to do when traveling - your card turned out very lovely TFS
