I recently won some digital stamps from Sheepski Designs. One of the sets I chose was this beautiful Tulip Border. I printed it on watercolor card stock, and colored it in with Prismacolor Pencils.
To add a bit more dimension: I printed five extra tulips, colored them, and fussy cut them. I then rolled them around a thin paintbrush to make them pop up in the center and glued them over the existing border. I added some texture to my card by applying crackle medium over the five extra tulips.
Supplies and tools:
- Tulip Border (Sheepski Designs)
- Prismacolor Pencils
- Free printable from Word Art Wednesday
- Crackle Accents (Ranger)
- Salty Ocean / Twisted Citron Distress Oxides (Ranger)
