Paper Towel Ruffles

Hello friends, it's my turn to share my Pick of the Week with you over on The House That Stamps Built. I decided to try something messy and fun ---- Paper Towel Ruffles. I saw a pin last month for creating giant ruffles using a whole roll of paper towels and acrylic paint. I decided to adapt it to card making with some really fun results!
