Fall Florals

Today's card is an autumn floral card featuring Reverse Confetti's "Pattern Blocks." I stamped it four times in the background in walnut stain distress oxide, and then embossed it on a second piece of watercolor paper. I diluted distress oxides and painted my single square in autumn hues!

Supplies and tools:
  • Pattern Blocks (Reverse Confetti)
  • Poinsettia Dies (Paper Smooches)
  • Fall Foliage Thinlits (Sizzix - Tim Holtz)
  • Martha Stewart Deep Edge Punch - Embroidery
  • Canson Watercolor Paper
  • Versamark Watermark Ink
  • Wow Primary Bark Embossing Powder
  • These colors of Distress Oxide (Ranger):
    • Walnut Stain
    • Candied Apple
    • Wild Honey
    • Peeled Paint

This is a real stunner in those gorgeous Autumn colors! I love the colored small panel with the uncolored background - it's a great contrast for that red border and gorgeous flower! Simply beautiful!

A very pretty card Esther and I like how you've used the stamp in the background too. I also like the little bursts of red, it works really well. Thank you for joining us in our 'Anything Goes With Flowers' challenge at Stamping Sensations and good luck. Sandra x
