The Card Concept - Butterfly Brilliance

Welcome to a brand new challenge on The Card Concept blog!

The theme this week is: Butterfly Brilliance
Everyone is welcome to play along using the colors, the theme,
textures, items, or just anything from the picture as your starting point.

I was inspired by the butterfly and the colors to create this clean and simple card.
I created my background by using a coordinating stack
of washi tape and then added a die cut sentiment and a couple pretty butterflies.

gorgeous Esther-love that background, so pretty that the washi all matches and super idea to keep the die and sentiment white-makes it pop. Thanks for joining Time Out x

I just love that you used washi tapes to create your background. I have a huge box of them that never get used, so this gives me so many ideas!! The colours are so pretty and soft, and keeping the sentiment and butterfly die-cuts in white stops them from taking over the washi tape patterns. And the ripped edge is perfection. Always so excited to see you at TIME OUT!

I love your rows of washi! What a beautiful soft look perfect for "hope" and the butterflies.

Beautiful card! All the washi tape looks amazing and the white die cut sentiment really pops. This is so springy and happy looking! Thank you for joining us at Time Out!
