Patriotic Friend

Today I have a fun way to use the NEW Grunge Stripe background to create a patriotic card. All it takes is a little masking off before you apply your ink, and you can create a flag design. Add a few stars and sequins for bling, and wa-la, a quick and easy card for a friend.
