Today's card features the NEW Blooming Tulips stamp set from Creative Worship Stamps. I stamped the tulips on mixed media paper and colored them with Arteza Real Brush Pens before fussy cutting and adding white acrylic paint splatters. The background was created with the Vintage Doily stencil and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink.
